Haoli GlobalIndustrial outbound field notes

International acquisition tool

Is your domain ready for authenticated outbound email?

Check MX, SPF, DMARC, and a known DKIM selector before your team starts outreach in a new market.

Enter the domain only—no https://, path, email address, or port.
Use the selector supplied by your email provider or shown as s= in a DKIM-Signature header.

No account required. Results are not indexed or added to a marketing list.

Four focused checks

Useful signals, without pretending to predict the inbox.

DNS authentication helps receiving systems identify legitimate senders. It does not measure reputation, spam complaints, content quality, reverse DNS, TLS, or actual inbox placement.

Read the full operating guide →

  1. 01MX

See whether the domain publishes normal inbound mail routing and identify common providers.

  2. 02SPF

Find duplicate records, permissive all mechanisms, and obvious DNS-lookup pressure.

  3. 03DMARC

Read policy, reporting, percentage, subdomain, and alignment settings.

  4. 04DKIM

Verify one explicit selector without falsely claiming that every possible selector was scanned.

How the checker stays honest

A DNS timeout is reported as “could not verify,” never as a missing record. DKIM is checked only when you provide a selector because selectors are chosen by the domain owner and cannot be enumerated reliably. The result is a configuration review—not a deliverability score or guarantee.

The checker uses bounded read-only DNS-over-HTTPS requests, rate limits repeated use, and does not connect to any IP address returned by the domain.
